Here's a graph that illustrates antral follicle count to age. The next one is the antral follicle count in relation to number of eggs retrieved in an IVF cycle (not all follicles have eggs). Our first round of IVF we got 19 eggs. Yes, I can be a stat nerd....
A count of 25 is not bad for someone turning 38 (yikes) later this year. Hoping these eggs are healthy....We've been warned that one cycle can result in a drastically different number of eggs than another. Something I've seen with other friends who have gone through these treatments.
