I'm in the waiting room at a new ob/gyn office. I got in with a different doc who has a shorter wait time for surgery. Just filled out the form - "Have you been pregnant before?" ...."Please list each pregnancy and outcome."

Lots of perky pregnant people....so unlike the fertility clinic waiting room ....sigh.
